Abstract

An RP-HPLC method for the qualitative determination of herbicide difenzoquat was developed. Operating conditions were UV-254 nm detection, Selectosil 5 C18 column 250 mm x 4.6 mm i.d., and V(methanol):V(water) = 60:40 (pH3, adjusted by H3PO4) as mobile phase. The coefficient of variation of this method was 0.41% with recoveries from 98.71% to 100.36%. The retention time was about 6.6 min. The coefficient of linear correlation was 0.9999. The method is very effective for the quality control of SP (water soluble power) products of this pesticide.

建立了一种用于定性测定除草剂地芬诺喹的反相高效液相色谱法。操作条件为:紫外-254 nm检测,Selectosil 5 C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm内径),流动相为V(甲醇):V(水)=60:40(pH3,用磷酸调节)。该方法的变异系数为0.41%,回收率为98.71%至100.36%。保留时间约为6.6分钟。线性相关系数为0.9999。该方法对该农药的SP(水溶性粉剂)产品质量控制非常有效。
