We describe a prefabricated monomaxillary arch, fitted with perpendicular supports with a main bar which provides dento-maxillary setting in the antero-posterior direction and also vertically since it is possible to attach it to the free edge of the teeth. The indications concerning the use of this arch are given in detail. It offers the advantage of being readily adaptable and is therefore easy to use in an emergency.
