[Site-directed construction of in-frame deletion mutants of Corynebacterium glutamicum].

This study is focused on Corynebacterium glutamicum, an important producer in amino-acids industry, by the protocol with construction of the in-frame deletion fragments of targeting genes, application of DNA recombination technique and so on. We achieved successfully the defined deletion mutants in frame of the single gene or double genes. The in-frame deletion mutants are subsequently analyzed and confirmed by polymerase chain reaction and sequencing.
