Abstract
Nodular lesions on the fins of winter flounder, Pseudopleuronemphocystis disease. Hypertrophied, encapsulated connective tissue cells contained cytoplasmic inclusions composed of icosahedral virus particles. The winter flounder is a new host for lymphocystis disease and is the second flatfish in the western North Atlantic to have the disease.

冬季比目鱼鳍上的结节性病变，拟鲽隐球菌病。肥大的、被膜包裹的结缔组织细胞含有由二十面体病毒颗粒组成的细胞质内含物。冬季比目鱼是淋巴囊肿病的新宿主，也是北大西洋西部第二种患此病的比目鱼。
