Abstract
P,P-Bis(1-aziridinyl)-N-1-adamantylphosphinic amide displayed oncolytic activity against intracerebral and intraperitoneal L-1210 leukemia. Administration of the isotope-labeled compound to rats shows 32P distribution to the brain.
