To observe the effect of estrogen and progestogen on the content of nitric oxide (NO) in the endometrium of SD rats.
Fifteen SD rats were divided into control, estrogen and levonorgestrel groups (5 in each group), with corresponding treatment indicated by the designation of the groups. The NO contents in the endometrium were determined by Griess method.
he NO content of estrogen group was significantly higher, while that of levonorgestrel group significantly lower, than that of the control group (P < 0.01 for both comparisons).
Estrogen and levonorgestrel may regulate NO synthesis in the endometrium.
观察雌激素和孕激素对SD大鼠子宫内膜中一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。
将15只SD大鼠分为对照组、雌激素组和左炔诺孕酮组(每组5只),根据分组进行相应处理。采用Griess法测定子宫内膜中的NO含量。
雌激素组的NO含量显著高于对照组,而左炔诺孕酮组的NO含量显著低于对照组(两组比较P均<0.01)。
雌激素和左炔诺孕酮可能调节子宫内膜中NO的合成。
