Abstract

The concomitant occurrence of vesicoureteral reflux and hereditary nephritis has not been previously reported. A case of a patient with hereditary nephritis, vesicoureteral reflux, and vaginal duplication is presented and the related literature reviewed. It is suggested that familial reflux may occur significantly in families with hereditary nephritis.

膀胱输尿管反流与遗传性肾炎同时出现的情况此前未见报道。本文报告了一例患有遗传性肾炎、膀胱输尿管反流及阴道重复畸形的患者，并对相关文献进行了综述。研究表明，在遗传性肾炎家族中，家族性反流可能显著发生。
