Abstract
Two cases are presented of subphrenic suppurations (right perinephretic phlegmon and suppurated hepatic hydatic cyst), that developed fistulae in the lung and the pleura. The evolutive modalities are discussed the diagnostic difficulties and the corresponding therapeutic attitudes.
