We report a rare case of psoas abscess caused by Candida albicans. A 59-year-old man with diabetes mellitis presented with right flank mass. Computed tomography (CT) showed a psoas abscess. Needle aspiration of the right flank mass revealed pus which was proved to be C. albicans by culture. The literature is briefly reviewed.
我们报告一例罕见的由白色念珠菌引起的腰大肌脓肿病例。一名59岁的糖尿病男性患者出现右侧腰部肿块。计算机断层扫描（CT）显示为腰大肌脓肿。对右侧腰部肿块进行针吸活检，抽出的脓液经培养证实为白色念珠菌。本文对相关文献进行了简要综述。
