To study the chemical constituents of the seeds of Cuscuta chinensis.
The separation was carried out by polyamide and silica gel chromatography, and the compounds were identified by means of physico-chemical and spectroscopic methods.
Eight compounds were isolated from the plant and identified as quercetin 3-O-beta-D-galactoside-7-O-beta-D-glucoside (I), quercetin 3-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-galactoside (II), hyperoside (III), isorhamnetin (IV), kaempferol (V), quercetin (VI), d-sesamin (VII) and 9(R)-hydroxy-d-sesamin (VIII).
Compounds IV and VII were isolated from Cuscuta for the first time, and I, II and VIII were characteristic constituents for this vegetable drug.

采用聚酰胺和硅胶柱色谱进行分离,通过理化和光谱方法鉴定化合物。
从该植物中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(I)、槲皮素3-O-β-D-芹菜糖基-(1→2)-β-D-半乳糖苷(II)、金丝桃苷(III)、异鼠李素(IV)、山柰酚(V)、槲皮素(VI)、d-芝麻素(VII)和9(R)-羟基-d-芝麻素(VIII)。
化合物IV和VII为首次从菟丝子中分离得到,化合物I、II和VIII为该植物药的特征性成分。
