To study the chemical constituents of flowers of Prunus mume.
Compounds were separated by silica gel. Their structures were identified and elucidated by spectral analysis and chemical methods.
Eight compounds were obtained and identified as benzoic acid (I), isorhamnetin (II), quercetin (III), kaempferol-3-O-beta-D-galactopyranoside (IV), isorhamnetin-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (V), isoquercitrin (VI), hypericin (VII) and rutin (VIII).
Among them, II-VII are isolated from this plant for the first time.

采用硅胶柱色谱法分离化合物,通过光谱分析和化学方法鉴定并阐明其结构。
分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为苯甲酸(I)、异鼠李素(II)、槲皮素(III)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(IV)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(V)、异槲皮苷(VI)、金丝桃素(VII)和芦丁(VIII)。
其中,II-VII为首次从该植物中分离得到。
