In this paper we report on the absence of a real-analytic first integral for the well-known system describing the steady-state flow of an ideal incompressible liquid with periodic boundary conditions, called ABC flow, in the case when two of the three parameters entering the system are equal and some inequality exists between them and the third parameter.
