A case is presented of a 43-year-old female patient who presented with severe dizziness, neck pain and headache. Clinical examination revealed diplopia with a horizontal gaze. Plain skull radiographs showed an enlarged sella turcica with no abnormal intracraial calcifications. Pre and post contrast axial and post contrast coronal computerised tomography scans through the sella turcica were done. An enlarged sella turcica filled with cerebrospinal fluid was demonstrated.
本文报告了一名43岁女性患者的病例,该患者出现严重头晕、颈部疼痛和头痛。临床检查发现水平凝视时出现复视。头颅X线平片显示蝶鞍增大,颅内无异常钙化。对蝶鞍进行了增强前后的轴位及增强后的冠状位计算机断层扫描。结果显示蝶鞍增大,内充满脑脊液。
