To evaluate the effect of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of aspergillosis of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinus.
Fifty four patients with non-allergic fungal sinusitis were included in this study. There were 25 males and 29 females, ranging in age from 26 to 77. All patients were diagnosed and treated with endoscopic technique. Accordingly, the typical clinical symptoms and endoscopic findings were summarized.
All patients were cured and no one has a recurrence.
Endoscopic technique can decrease the damage of the operation and shorten the time of diagnosis and treatment, and can reduce the recurrence of this disease. Endoscopic technique is an ideal way of the treatment of aspergillosis of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinus.
评估鼻腔及鼻窦曲霉菌病的内镜诊断与治疗效果。
本研究纳入54例非变应性真菌性鼻窦炎患者。其中男性25例，女性29例，年龄在26岁至77岁之间。所有患者均采用内镜技术进行诊断和治疗。据此，总结典型临床症状及内镜检查结果。
所有患者均治愈，无复发病例。
内镜技术可减少手术损伤，缩短诊疗时间，并能降低本病的复发率。内镜技术是治疗鼻腔及鼻窦曲霉菌病的理想方法。
