Abstract
A single case of non-traumatic, idiopathic avascular necrosis of the carpal scaphoid is presented. It permits an informative correlation of clinical evolution. X-ray appearance, MR-imaging, macroscopic aspect and histological findings.

本文报告一例非创伤性、特发性腕舟骨缺血性坏死病例。该病例有助于对临床病程、X线表现、磁共振成像、大体形态及组织学检查结果进行有益的对比分析。
