[Demonstration of a post-traumatic, transdiaphragmatic liver prolapse by combined hepatic and lung scans (author's transl)].

A case of right-sided traumatic diaphragmatic rupture with transdiaphragmatic liver prolapse is reported. The situation could be clarified by combined hepatic and lung scans. The advantages of isotope examinations, particularly in patients with multiple trauma, are stressed.
