We report a case of localized cutis marmorata telangiectatica congenita involving the right upper limb and the left lower limb. This is a rare distribution, with only one case in the literature. The patient, a 22-month old boy, showed no other abnormality.
我们报告一例先天性局限性大理石样皮肤毛细血管扩张症，累及右上肢和左下肢。这种分布罕见，文献中仅有一例。该患者为一名22个月大的男孩，未表现出其他异常。
