24 patients with parkinsonism received intracerebral autotransplantation of adrenal. Follow-up for 1-4 years showed that the long-term effectiveness was 70.8%, and the substantial effectiveness 41.7%. The patients with no improvement or deterioration after some improvement comprised 20.8%. The operative mortality rate was 8.3%. Possible factors influencing the effectiveness were analysed, and how to improve the survival rate of the implanted chromaffin cells was also discussed.
24例帕金森病患者接受了肾上腺脑内自体移植。1至4年的随访结果显示，长期有效率为70.8%，显著有效率为41.7%。部分改善后无改善或恶化的患者占20.8%。手术死亡率为8.3%。分析了影响疗效的可能因素，并讨论了如何提高植入嗜铬细胞的存活率。
