After six weeks use of Colgate toothpaste (1000 ppm MFP and 450 ppm NaF) in case of 50 individuals (25 test and 25 control persons) both the Plaque Index of Silness and Löe and the modified Sulcus Bleeding Index--"bleeding on probing" (Mühlemann and Son) mean values showed a significant decrease. According to the results of cytological testing the effect of toothpaste containing MFP and NaF proved favourable. The investigation of the ionisable plaque fluoride content produced statistically significant rise in plaque fluoride content.
50名个体(25名试验者和25名对照者)使用高露洁牙膏(含1000 ppm的单氟磷酸钠和450 ppm的氟化钠)六周后,Silness和Löe菌斑指数以及改良的龈沟出血指数——“探诊出血”(Mühlemann和Son)的平均值均显著下降。根据细胞学检测结果,含单氟磷酸钠和氟化钠的牙膏效果良好。对可电离的菌斑氟含量的调查显示,菌斑氟含量有统计学意义的升高。
