Abstract
Drainage of the thoracic lymph duct and lymphosorption were used in 63 patients with obstructive jaundice of different etiology and cholestatic hepatitis. Lymph was returned into the umbilical vein with transfusion of proteins, glucose, steroid hormones and other preparations.

对63例不同病因的梗阻性黄疸和胆汁淤积性肝炎患者采用胸导管引流及淋巴吸附法治疗。通过输注蛋白质、葡萄糖、类固醇激素及其他制剂，将淋巴回输至脐静脉。
