Abstract
The suggested method of chronic catheterization of the thoracic lymph duct is based on preservation of lymphaticostoma after a course of lymphosorption. The catheter is removed and a repeated course of lymph perfusion carried out, if necessary. It is particularly important for patients with neglected liver cirrhosis.
