Multiple sclerosis is the most frequent disease of the central nervous system. This review includes the last achievements in studies of the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease. Immune reactions was discussed as the main mechanism, which mediates the development of this disease. The peculiarities of the pathological process in different clinical types of the disease are discussed. Heterogenic mechanisms of damage of myelin oligodendrocytes and axons is the base for the elaboration of different approaches to MS treatment.
多发性硬化症是中枢神经系统最常见的疾病。本综述涵盖了该疾病病因学和发病机制研究的最新成果。免疫反应被作为介导该疾病发展的主要机制进行了讨论。文中探讨了该疾病不同临床类型中病理过程的特点。髓鞘少突胶质细胞和轴突损伤的异质性机制是制定多发性硬化症不同治疗方法的基础。
