Abstract

The content of microminerals in wheat flour, including Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Ca and Mg, was determined using the method of HCl extraction and FAAS. Meanwhile, the temperature, time and pH of extracting were also selected. The results indicated that the extracting effect of the microminerals was as same as the effect of wet ashed method except that Mg could not be extracted completely. This method is an ideal pretreatment of samples due to its simple, rapid, accurate characteristics.

摘要

采用盐酸萃取-火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定了小麦粉中微量矿物质(包括铜、锌、铁、锰、钙和镁)的含量。同时,还对萃取的温度、时间和pH值进行了选择。结果表明,除镁不能被完全萃取外,微量矿物质的萃取效果与湿法灰化法相同。该方法具有简单、快速、准确的特点,是一种理想的样品预处理方法。
