Abstract

A new method was developed for the indirect determination of iodide by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). Precipitation of CuI, obtained with the reaction of Cu+ with I, was dissolved in Na2S2O3. Copper content in the solution was determined by FAAS and the iodide content was calculated using the content of copper. The linear range of the proposed method is 0-800 micrograms. mL-1 of I-, and the relative standard derivation at 0.4 mL of I level is 0.7%. The proposed method was applied to determination of iodine in iodized tablets salt, cydiodine tablets and laver with a recovery range of 99.9%-100.3%.

开发了一种通过火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)间接测定碘化物的新方法。Cu⁺与I反应生成的CuI沉淀溶解于Na₂S₂O₃中。用FAAS测定溶液中的铜含量,并根据铜的含量计算碘化物含量。该方法的线性范围为0 - 800微克·mL⁻¹的I⁻,在0.4 mL I水平下的相对标准偏差为0.7%。该方法应用于加碘片盐、复方碘口服溶液和紫菜中碘的测定,回收率范围为99.9% - 100.3%。
