The optimum conditions of the colour reaction of Cobalt, Nickel and Zinc with 5-Br-PADAP were established in the presence of the sensitizer/solubilizer CPB. The absorbances of the reaction system Co-Ni-Zn- (5-Br-PADAP) -CPB were measured in the spectral range of 530-590 nm at every 2 nm intervals. A chemometric method of data treatment was studied. Through the comparative study of data treatment by PLS method and by PLS after wavelet transformation, it was found that the recovery of determination is significantly improved by using the latter method.
在增敏剂/增溶剂溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)存在下,确定了钴、镍和锌与5-溴-2-(吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(5-Br-PADAP)显色反应的最佳条件。在530 - 590 nm光谱范围内,每隔2 nm测量反应体系Co-Ni-Zn-(5-Br-PADAP)-CPB的吸光度。研究了一种化学计量学数据处理方法。通过对偏最小二乘法(PLS)和小波变换后PLS数据处理的比较研究,发现使用后一种方法测定回收率显著提高。
