The authors describe an own method of surgical treatment of nosebleed caused by Rendu-Osler-Weber's disease. For closure of nasal septal defects we used free graft of fascia lata. In five patients treated by our method, the transplantation ended successful; during the several weeks after operations the fascia lata was covered with epithelium growing from the surrounding tissues. Control examinations did not demonstrate recurrences. In two patients our method was unsuccessful.
作者描述了一种治疗遗传性出血性毛细血管扩张症所致鼻出血的手术方法。为封闭鼻中隔缺损，我们使用了阔筋膜游离移植。在接受我们这种方法治疗的5例患者中，移植手术成功；术后数周内，阔筋膜被周围组织生长出的上皮所覆盖。对照检查未发现复发情况。有2例患者我们的方法未成功。
