Abstract
The author details in this paper the techniques he uses to limit the sequelae of face lifts in terms of hair displacement. A temporal rotation flap to avoid hair elevation in the preauricular area, with resection of a de-epithelialized triangle and an L flap in the retroauricular area to reconstruct the hairline continuity.
