Abstract

We reviewed the efficacy in all of excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) for the correction of myopia with excessively thin central cornea. the postoperative uncorrected visual acuity recovered the preoperative best corrected visual acuity the 67 cases (118 corneas) reviewed,. Diopter regression rate was 16.95% ear, and the incidence of corneal haze was 35.59% s demonstrate that PRK is an effective and safe method for myopia with thin central cornea.

摘要

我们回顾了准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术(PRK)矫正中央角膜过薄近视的所有疗效。在回顾的67例(118只眼)中,术后裸眼视力恢复到术前最佳矫正视力。屈光度回退率为16.95%,角膜 haze 的发生率为35.59%,表明PRK是矫正中央角膜薄近视的一种有效且安全的方法。
