The authors report two cases of primary pulmonary chemodectoma. The patients were admitted to the PUMC Hospital because of nodular lesion in the lung. The diagnosis was documented by postoperative pathology. Primary pulmonary chemodectoma is rare. Ten cases has been reported in the English literature. The clinical characteristic features is pulmonary single lesion on chest X-ray film. No correct diagnosis was made pre-operatively. A typical histopathological finding is observed. NSE and S-100 proteins is positive with immuno-histological stain. Surgery operation is the only reliable treatment.
作者报告了两例原发性肺化学感受器瘤。患者因肺部结节性病变入住北京协和医院。诊断经术后病理证实。原发性肺化学感受器瘤罕见。英文文献中已报道过10例。临床特征为胸部X线片显示肺部单发病变。术前未做出正确诊断。观察到典型的组织病理学表现。免疫组织化学染色显示NSE和S-100蛋白呈阳性。手术是唯一可靠的治疗方法。
