Abstract
The authors have observed 29 cases of osteoid osteoma in children aged from 1 to 15 years. 10 cases involved the femur, 9 the tibia, 4 vertebrae. All cases were operated on. 3 recurrences were noted but the nidus had been removed in these cases. 2 cases were complicated by post-operative fractures and 5 by bone growth disturbances.
