Extension of the skin with the help of an interstitial expander allows to rationally use local tissues. Soviet models of tissue expanders of different designs were developed and approved in clinic. 46 operations were performed on 23 patients. Effective results of using the expanders were obtained during repairing extensive defects of the hairy part of the head.
借助组织间隙扩张器扩展皮肤，能够合理利用局部组织。苏联研发了不同设计的组织扩张器模型并在临床上得到认可。对23例患者实施了46次手术。在修复头部多毛部位的大面积缺损时，使用扩张器取得了有效的效果。
