Abstract
A review of primary malignant bone tumors was carried out in the East part of Beirut from 1978-1988. Out of a total number of 105 cases, there were 28 osteosarcomas. An analysis of the management used, results obtained, and techniques one may follow to improve the prognosis of osteosarcoma in Lebanon is discussed.

1978年至1988年期间，对贝鲁特东部的原发性恶性骨肿瘤进行了回顾性研究。在总共105例病例中，有28例骨肉瘤。本文讨论了所采用的治疗方法、取得的结果以及为改善黎巴嫩骨肉瘤预后可遵循的技术。
