Under analysis are long-term results of the conservative treatment of 36 patients with ruptures of the kidney. It was found that sufficient information of primary structural injuries of the organ can be obtained with the help of such diagnostic methods as angiography, computed tomography added to traditional methods of examination which allows to make the treatment individualized for each patient. Conservative methods of treatment can be used in patients with superficial and deep ruptures and inconsiderable injuries of parenchyma. For deep ruptures with extensive injuries of the parenchyma early and organ-preserving, if possible, operations must be performed.
对36例肾破裂患者保守治疗的长期结果进行了分析。结果发现，借助血管造影、计算机断层扫描等诊断方法，并结合传统检查方法，可以获得有关肾脏原发性结构损伤的充分信息，从而实现对每位患者的个体化治疗。保守治疗方法可用于肾实质表浅和深部破裂且损伤较轻的患者。对于肾实质广泛损伤的深部破裂，如有可能，必须尽早进行保肾手术。
