Abstract
A case of a patient with recurrent chest wall fibrosarcoma is presented who had her original tumour removed 12 years earlier. The histology of the primary lesion was missed for a localized fibrous mesothelioma. Author reviews the pathology and management of soft tissue tumours of the thoracic wall.

本文报告一例复发性胸壁纤维肉瘤患者，该患者12年前已切除原发肿瘤。原发病变的组织学检查曾误诊为局限性纤维性间皮瘤。作者回顾了胸壁软组织肿瘤的病理学及治疗方法。
