With the advent of ultrasound, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging, hepatobiliary imaging is changing. The advantages and disadvantages of each new imaging modality will be reviewed. The radiographic approach of a child who presents with a mass or jaundice will be discussed. The role of duplex Doppler ultrasound in the preoperative and postoperative management of liver transplantation patients will be presented.
