Abstract
Dyflos (diisopropylphosphorofluoridate, DFP) retards the synthesis of lipid in the sciatic nerve of the chicken in vivo. A similar inhibition occurs in vitro, but only at relatively high concentrations (10(-3)M) of the drug. The major portion of the (14)C supplied as acetate, and incorporated into lipid, is found with the fatty acids. Attempts to separate the lipids involved by paper chromatography were unsuccessful.

敌百虫（二异丙基氟磷酸酯，DFP）在体内可延缓鸡坐骨神经中脂质的合成。在体外也会出现类似的抑制作用，但仅在药物浓度相对较高（10⁻³M）时才会出现。以乙酸盐形式提供并掺入脂质中的大部分¹⁴C存在于脂肪酸中。试图通过纸色谱法分离相关脂质的尝试未成功。
