As the literary data are contradictory, authors examined in 489 operated femoral neck fractures the significance of Garden's classification. Based on their material it was found that this classification gives help in the judgement of the single fractures and in the choice of the adequate treatment. For a more exact assessment however they think the consideration of the lateral Roentgenograms also necessary.
由于文献资料相互矛盾，作者对489例接受手术治疗的股骨颈骨折患者进行研究，以探讨Garden分型的意义。根据他们的资料发现，这种分型有助于判断单一骨折情况并选择合适的治疗方法。然而，为了进行更准确的评估，他们认为还需要考虑髋关节正位X线片。
