[DNA markers linked to Huntington's disease (D4S10 and D4S95) in Spanish families: preliminary results].

We have studied six Spanish families with at least one affected member with Huntington's disease, using RFLPs from probes linked to the gene. Our results suggest a genetic homogeneity in our population and show a 100% of informativity with the probes and enzymes used.
