[The characteristics of the pharmacotherapy for patients with ischemic heart disease and hypertension in relation to age].

On the basis of literary and own findings the authors discuss disputable problems of the pharmacotherapy of ischemic heart disease and hypertensive disease in the age aspect including patients over 60 years of age. Approaches are analyzed to individual choice of adequate pharmacotherapy, criteria of selection and dosages with special emphasis of adreno-beta-blockaders and calcium antagonists as well as criteria of evaluation of pharmacotherapy.
