Abstract
The case of a 75-year-old patient is reported in whom one of the rare complications of the duodenal ulcer, the choledochoduodenal fistula, has occurred as a result of the prolonged course of this disease. The case was solved by "indirect treatment" of the pathologic complex, with very good results confirmed over time.

报告了一例75岁患者的病例，该患者因十二指肠溃疡病程延长，出现了一种罕见的并发症——胆总管十二指肠瘘。该病例通过对病理复合体的“间接治疗”得以解决，随着时间推移，证实效果非常良好。
