A database for registration and management of journals in the library of NIHS was developed using dBASE III PLUS software. The database was shown to be useful in searching for journals subscribed in the various divisions of NIHS and for those already expired. Additional data related to accounting on and arrangement of journals will help management of the library.
使用dBASE III PLUS软件为国立卫生科学研究所图书馆开发了一个期刊登记和管理数据库。该数据库在查找国立卫生科学研究所各部门订阅的期刊以及已过期期刊方面很有用。与期刊账目和整理相关的其他数据将有助于图书馆的管理。
