Pilot results of introduction of new principles of medical care organization for patients with diabetic foot syndrome (DFS) are summarized. Experience in combined treatment of 287 patients with purulent-necrotic forms of DFS is analyzed. Surgical policy was standardized and lied in combined therapy and choice of optimal scope of surgical treatment. Up-to-date principles of DFS treatment permitted to save support function of extremity in neuropathic forms in 94.6% and in ischemic and neuroishemic forms in 82.6% patients.
总结了为糖尿病足综合征（DFS）患者引入新的医疗组织原则的试点结果。分析了287例脓性坏死型DFS患者的综合治疗经验。手术策略实现了标准化，包括联合治疗和选择最佳手术治疗范围。最新的DFS治疗原则使94.6%的神经病变型患者和82.6%的缺血及神经缺血型患者的肢体支撑功能得以保留。
