It was determined the amount of the three classes of immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA and IgM) and the titre of the alfa-antitoxins in the serum of hyperimmunized donors of plasma against the staphylococcus aureus. An increase of the IgG and the titre of the alfa-antitoxins was established during the immunisazions course. In the light of the contemporary knowledge about the immune reactions in the staphylococcusinfection it was assumed, that the obtained plasma from donors immunized with staphylococcus aureus should provide a satisfactory effect by its clinical use.
测定了针对金黄色葡萄球菌的血浆超免疫供体血清中三类免疫球蛋白（IgG、IgA和IgM）的含量以及α-抗毒素的效价。在免疫过程中发现IgG含量和α-抗毒素效价有所增加。根据目前关于葡萄球菌感染中免疫反应的知识推测，从用金黄色葡萄球菌免疫的供体获得的血浆在临床应用中应能产生令人满意的效果。
