The results of treatment of 17 patients--8 cases of leg bones defect due to osteitis and 9 cases of leg pseudoarthrosis has been presented. The osteosynthesis of the fragments was done with the use of Zespol fixator. In 14 patients the lesion has healed and satisfactory function of the extremity was restored.
报告了17例患者的治疗结果，其中8例因骨炎导致腿部骨缺损，9例为腿部假关节。采用Zespol固定器对骨折碎片进行骨接合术。14例患者的损伤已愈合，肢体功能恢复良好。
