[Modification of the surgical technique for one stage peri-talar correction of congenital clubfoot].

The surgical technique for one-stage peri-talar correction of congenital clubfoot was modified by the author who introduced an accessory lateral approach to the tarsus. It enables true elimination of the soft tissue contracture maintaining deformity of the foot.
