Abstract
We report a triceps tendon avulsion (less than 40 cases reported in the medical literature). Clinical and radiological signs are: 1) Impossible elbow extension against gravity, 2) Flecks of avulsed osseous materiel from the olecranon on lateral elbow radiograph. Immediate surgical repair always produces good results.

我们报告了一例肱三头肌腱撕脱伤（医学文献中报道不足40例）。临床和放射学表现为：1）无法对抗重力伸展肘部，2）肘部外侧X线片显示鹰嘴有撕脱的骨碎片。立即进行手术修复通常会取得良好效果。
