In the initial stages Huntington's chorea is rarely correctly diagnose. The patient however in the early period of the illness is often subjected to social rejection and is more likely to be the victim of criminal acts or the perpetrator of such acts. The article with 3 cases studies concentrates attention to the need to take Huntington's chorea into consideration in determining psychiatric and psychological aspects of tribunals.
