Only seven cases of occult malignancy clinically presenting as acute liver failure due to liver metastases have been outlined in literature so far. In six cases the primary tumor originated histomorphologically from pancreas, bronchus or mamma, in one case the patient died before histological diagnosis. This case report describes the only ten days lasting anamnesis of a 42-year-old man, who felt completely healthy before. Only the autopsy and the immunohistological staining of the taken biopsies led to the diagnosis of an amelanotic melanoma. The site of the primary lesion remained unclear.
迄今为止，文献中仅概述了7例因肝转移而临床上表现为急性肝衰竭的隐匿性恶性肿瘤病例。其中6例原发性肿瘤在组织形态学上起源于胰腺、支气管或乳腺，1例患者在组织学诊断前死亡。本病例报告描述了一名42岁男性仅持续十天的病史，该患者此前感觉完全健康。仅通过尸检和所取活检组织的免疫组织化学染色才诊断出无黑色素性黑色素瘤。原发性病变部位仍不清楚。
