Abstract
Isolated involvement of the pancreas in Salmonella typhi bacteraemia is rare. A case of pancreatic abscess due to S. typhi is reported which was managed conservatively.

伤寒沙门菌败血症单独累及胰腺的情况罕见。本文报告1例因伤寒沙门菌引起的胰腺脓肿，该病例采用保守治疗。
