The malignant melanomas are expansive tumors of neoplastic melanocytes. In the present study, five cases of patients are reported which have been hospitalized in E.N.T. department of our hospital during the last four years with skin melanomas of the head and neck. We note our opinions on diagnosis and treatment of these malignant tumors.
